LVNMCF is looking to hire a part-time Las Vegas NM Community Foundation (LVNMCF) Anchorum Fellow to work in San Miguel and Mora counties in collaboration with another LVNMCF part-time fellow to co-create solutions and long-lasting change in the social determinants of health (SDOH) for the service area. Some SDOH priorities for the two counties have been identified since we are in the second year of a five-year cycle (ending June 2029). A job description for the position is below.
